Iman Gadzhi is a British business owner, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and online educator. Iman is an advocate for universal education and a committed philanthropist. His philanthropic efforts include privately funding the establishment of numerous schools in Nepal and providing thousands of children access to high-quality education.
Iman was born on January 3, 2000, in a Russian family in Dagestanskiye Ogni, Dagestan, Russia. He moved to London at age 4. Raised in a modest environment, Gadzhi faced challenges related to family issues, financial hardship, and limited access to traditional education. At 15, he started trading Instagram accounts to provide for himself and his mother, later developing an interest in entrepreneurship and digital marketing.
In 2017, Iman founded IAG Media, a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in high-return-on-investment strategies, including social media marketing, sales funnel optimization, and online advertising.
Capitalizing on the course’s success, Gadzhi established GrowYourAgency, an e-learning platform that trains novice agency owners with initiating, sustaining, and scaling their businesses.
In 2019, Iman established GADZHI, a United Kingdom-based eyewear brand specializing in blue light-blocker glasses and a range of apparel items.
Since 2020, the software solutions company has been committed to simplifying the operations of agency owners by consolidating essential tools and providing a streamlined workflow.
In 2023, Gadzhi founded Educate.io, an online education platform dedicated to empowering students with monetizable skills across marketing, sales, and copywriting.
Debuting with a range of electrolyte mixes and drinks, BIG DAY is a lifestyle brand built around Iman’s life as a business owner and the drive of entrepreneurial success.

In 2026, Iman Gadzhi and Russell Brunson joined forces for their most ambitious collaboration to date. The partnership brings together two complementary worlds: Iman’s proven ability to help everyday people take their first step into online business, and Russell’s unmatched expertise in funnels, conversion, and scaling businesses to generational wealth.
Iman is constructing schools in Nepal to encourage greater involvement from disadvantaged nations in the new era. So far, Gadzhi has privately funded the construction of five schools in Nepal. He considers it his most fulfilling commitment and has no plans to stop.
At the end of 2023, 75 employees of Educate ran a marathon and raised funds to support the work of Pahar Trust Nepal. Iman united his entire team and completed three marathons across three countries in one week to support education in Nepal.
Cherishing a personal connection to South Africa, and recognising the importance of nutrition in development, in 2024 Iman partnered with Ladles of Love, funding a program providing nutritious meals for 100 children over the course of a year.
